1.JGO Free Health
Clinic:
It is a matter of pleasure that many INGO,NGOs and other organizations are working in various
parts of the country with an aim to provide health services to backward and poor community since long time.However, monitoring
and evaluation system of HMG is not effective as per expectation.Therefore,JGO Nepal has place an emphasis for their
effecive role in the society.Now time has come to look into their working method and other relevant issues of those NGOs and
INGOs to carry out the real situation in the possible manner.
If such measures
are understaken,it will help the policy maker and other donors to design effective action plan,which would give maximum benefit
to the user groups.
Considering such
noble idea,JGO Nepal have successfully completed Phase 1,phase II and phase III programs of Free Health Clinic during
the period August 1999-2001.At present, the Fourth Phase of Free Health Clinic program is running.
2.JGO
Buddhist Scholarship:
JGO Nepal has been
providing JGO Buddhist Scholarship to the enterprising academicians to study or conduct research work in the field of Buddhism
since last 2 years.The scholarship has been distribution through Tri Ranta Fund at an average of US$100(NRs.7,500) per month
for three students.A financial grant has been awarded on a monthly basis.
From the fiscal
year 2002 A.D.,JGO korea has provided another Scholarship fund which will be prvided to JGO Youth Group Members.The scholarship
amount will be US$100.00 per moth for seven JGO Youth Group Members.
If such fund is
created, the JGO Youth Members will be encouraged and increase the membersip and through them JGo Nepal can fulfill
it's objectives.For your kind information,there are about 150 JGO YOUth Group Members already enrolled with JGO Nepal.
Such activity is
expected to achieve followirng objectives:
1. To support needy Youth

3.JGO SLC Free
Coaching Class:
JGO Nepal Has been
orgranizing JGO SLC Free Coaching Class from last year and it has been a quite successful program.The main aim of operating
this program is to provide free education for students with poor economic provide free education for students with porr economic
background and sitting for School Leaving Certificate Examination and to attract those students who attend this coaching class
to become a JGO Youth Group Member.
4.Computer Training:
It is a matter
of Pleasure that many organizations have been working in various parts of the country with an aim to provide skill-orientated
training to the people since long time.However,the training fees are quite high.The computer knowledge is essential part of
skill development and capacity building these days all around the world.
JGO Nepal has been
conduction such type of program with very nominal cost(just to coverage Instructor's fees) as a non-profit making program
specially to attravct the youth group to equip them with the latest information technology.All other costs on administration,computer
maintenance, and accessories;furniture is being borne by JGO Nepal with financial assistance from JGO Korea.
Undertaking such
type of work will help the JGO Youth Group Members by giving maximum benefit to increase their capacity and support to theire
future career.
Such activity is

5.Meditation
And Preaching Program:
To attract JGO Youth
Grouo members and keep their interest in JGO Nepal,JGO Nepal has been organizing "Meditation and Preaching Program" for Youth
Group Members once a week on every Satrurday,early in the morning from 7:00~9:00 a.m. Approximately 60 Youth group members
are enrolled for weekly meditation program,conducted by Rev.Dr.Naresh Man Bajracharya,the Buddhist Priest/Scholar and the
Chief of JGo Nepal.This meditation program has been supplemented with religious discourses and discussions.
Such activity is
expected to achieve the follwing objectives:
To provide knowledge
on Esoteric Buddhism
To encourage young
generation in social work.
6.Field Programs:
A.Social And
Religious-Cloth Distribution,blood donation etc.
The organization
has been collecting used clothes from its members and society to distribute to the needy and economically poor people.The
objectives of implementing such type of programme is:
a)to peverate with the
unprivileged citizens.
b)to explore JGO Nepal
in the Nepalese society.
7.Skill Development
And Orientation Program:
JGO Nepal is a forerunner in trying to develop skill of its members,expecially the Youth Group.Programs like:

C)Handicraft Training
D)Others
